Step1:
enquiry and pricing |
|
Usually we will give you a
quotation base on the pictures
you sent or your description.

Step2: sample fee and material
submit |
It
used to costs
USD250.00-USD300.00/design.
Buyer should submit artwork,
photograph, or actual sample of
product to be reproduced, as
well as logos, PMS colors of
each element, and all the
details to be included in the
design. |

Step3:
sample designs by computer |
We
will design a plan via
computer, it will being
adjusting by client's
feedbacks.
Our computer designer
may needs 5 days for the
artwork. |

Step4: sculpture |
Follows the computer plan , our
engraver will sculpture a
prototype with oil mud for
moulding.
Our engraver may spend 5 days on
carving work. |

Step5: moulding |
In our moulding workshop, the
prototype will be moulded as
white embryoes (moulds) for
production .
This step usually needs 2 days.

Step6: coloring |
Our
painting master will follows the
computer plan to mix the
oil-color and color the sample.
It may spend 3 days on the
coloring work. |

Step7: sample comes out |
After
the steps above, samples are
come out .All the steps above we
will send client progress
photoes for reference. |

Setp8: send to client |
| If our
client feel necessary, we will
send he the samples via express
mail, but this service is
freight collect. |

Step9: send us deposit for
production |
| After
the sample approved and sent us
deposit, we will arrange the
production immediately. |

Step10: production |
During
the production, we will send you
photoes let you know the
progress. |

Step11: shipment advice |
Before
shipment , we will advice you
,usually we will take a picture
about packing details for you. |

Step12: send us the rest of
payment |
| We got
you rest of payment then we will
arrange a cargo agent to ship
your goods. |

Step13: ship to client |
Send you waybill. the only one
thing is wait for the goods.
